According to the website:
This service allows you convert a Flash Video / FLV file (YouTube's videos,etc) to MPEG4 (AVI/MOV/MP4/MP3/3GP) file online.
I have used this several times, and it works well (except for the few times where it didn't download at all -- just convert it again)
